We wish to inform our users that the Avacy platform is currently experiencing a critical service disruption. This is due to an unexpected block affecting the AWS Lambda infrastructure that powers our system.
Update: 03 PM
The situation has returned to normal and the service is stable. Banners and policies are now fully active across all websites. Although the incident is considered resolved, our technical team continues to closely monitor the infrastructure to ensure sustained stability and prevent any further issues.
Update: 12:40 PM
We have successfully migrated the infrastructure. The cookie banners and policy documents (Privacy & Cookie Policy) are now correctly visible. Access to the SaaS platform has also been restored. We are currently monitoring all features to ensure the platform is functioning perfectly.
Update: 10:00 AM
Current impact
As a result of this external outage:
- The Cookie banner is not displaying on websites using Avacy.
- Policy pages (Cookie and Privacy Policy) hosted on our servers are currently unreachable.
What we are doing
Our technical team is working closely with the infrastructure provider to resolve the block and restore services as quickly as possible. This is strictly a service availability issue; it is not a data breach, and no security risks are involved.
What should you do?
At this time, no manual action is required on your website’s code. Once the Lambda service is restored, banners and policies will automatically reappear without any changes needed on your end.
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this disruption is causing to your GDPR compliance. We will provide regular updates on this page until the issue is fully resolved.
