Avacy allows you to scan your website to get an overview of cookies and vendors that may install cookies on your browser. It is an essential tool for the generation and management of legal documents.
A cookie policy is a document that describes how a website uses cookies and other tracking technologies. Avacy allows you to generate, via a wizard, a cookie policy that includes the list of cookies used by the website.
The cookie banner is a dialogue box that informs the user that cookies and technologies that track personal data are present on your website, allowing the user to give or withhold consent to the use of this data. Avacy provides, in its paid plans, a highly customisable cookie banner with a link to the privacy policy.

The consent repository presents an interface where you can consult the consents expressed by users on your website. Avacy allows you to integrate the consent solution into your website via its API.

The duration of the subscription is 30 days, starting from the date on which we receive payment, and is automatically renewed by debiting the payment method chosen at the time of purchase. If you wish to deactivate the renewal of your subscription, you can do so at any time in your private area.

If the maximum number of occupied web spaces is reached, it will be possible within Avacy to purchase new ones at any time.

It is possible to request a refund within 14 days from the date of conclusion of the contract by sending a written communication to the email address support@avacysolution.com or by using an optional withdrawal form.
If the withdrawal is correctly requested, a refund of payments will be issued within 14 days of the notice of withdrawal.

Avacy offers the possibility of upgrading your purchased subscription during the validity of your current subscription.
To upgrade, simply select the 'Change Plan' option within the interface, complete the payment process and immediately benefit from the new subscription's functionality.

Once the subscription has been updated, the amount for the unused period of the previous subscription (calculated on the basis of the daily cost of the service) will be available as a 'Bonus Credit' to be used for the payment of the new subscription.

Below is an example:
You purchased subscription 'X' at a cost of € 15.00 per month, with a duration of 30 days. 15 days after subscribing, you decide to replace subscription 'X' with subscription 'Y', which costs € 30.00 per month.
In this case, you will not use subscription 'X' for the remaining 15 days, accumulating a 'Credit Bonus' to the value of € 7.50, calculated on the basis of days: (€ 15.00 / 30 days = € 0.50 per day - € 0.50 x 15 days = € 7.50).
The new subscription "Y" will last 30 days, starting from the date of the new subscription. During the purchase, you will have to pay an amount equal to the cost of subscription "Y" (€ 30.00), minus the value of the unused period of subscription "X" (€ 7.50), for a total of € 22.50.
